 1. Material type

 - ABS plastic (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)

 - Advantages: Strong impact resistance, low cost, simple molding process, suitable for ordinary household freezers.

 - Temperature resistance: Long-term working temperature is ≤70℃, avoiding close to high-temperature components (such as compressors).

 - PBT plastic (polybutylene terephthalate)

 - Advantages: High temperature resistance (long-term temperature resistance of 130℃), chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for high load scenarios such as commercial freezers.

 - Characteristics: High mechanical strength, better resistance to deformation than ABS, and the life of the air blade can be extended by more than 30%.

 - PP plastic (polypropylene)

 - Advantages: Lightweight, good water resistance, cost between ABS and PBT, used for economical products.

 2. Surface treatment

 - Matte coating: Reduces air turbulence when the wind blade rotates, reduces noise (5-8dB reduction).

 - Anti-static treatment: Avoid dust adsorption and maintain long-term heat dissipation efficiency (suitable for commercial environments with a lot of dust).
